Preface
This is a formal proposal for a system of primary education that hopefully improves upon the current methods of educating and caring for children.
Note that the appendix contains definitions, philosophical explanations of various positions held by the author, and possible layouts of schools that may result from application of this system.
1 Goals
1.1.1 Educate a “whole human” instead of just focusing on academics.
1.1.2 Educate and raise children in a non-partisan democratic environment that encourages discourse, understanding, and individuality so that they can be prepared for living in a democratic society as adults.
